These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Crash Call's website and services. By using our website, calling a shop that uses Crash Call, or engaging with our SMS communications, you agree to these Terms.
Description of Service
Crash Call provides automated call-answering, customer follow-up, and lead-capture services for independent auto body and collision repair shops ("Client Shops"). When you call a Client Shop, Crash Call may answer on the shop's behalf, request follow-up information (including photos of vehicle damage) via SMS, and assist in scheduling appointments.
SMS Communications
Eligibility
By calling a Crash Call-enabled Client Shop, you may receive automated text messages related to your repair inquiry, including requests for damage photos and appointment confirmations. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP. No mobile opt-in information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Use of Information
Information you provide — including your phone number, name, and any photos or details about vehicle damage — is used to assist with your repair inquiry and is shared with the Client Shop you contacted. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
While Crash Call is designed to answer calls and respond promptly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Technical issues, network outages, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.
No Guarantee of Service Availability
Relationship to Client Shops
Crash Call acts as a service provider to independent auto body and collision repair shops. We are not a party to any repair agreement, estimate, or transaction between you and a Client Shop, and we are not responsible for the quality, pricing, or outcome of repair services performed by a Client Shop.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crash Call is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including delays, missed communications, or errors in information relayed between you and a Client Shop.
Limitation of Liability
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
Changes to These Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
